SYSA is run by volunteers who generously give of their time & expertise to run the organization and to uphold the mission of providing an affordable program that is FUN, accessible and affordable to all kids in our communities.

DUTIES OF ELECTED OFFICERS
President (oversees operation of fall & spring rec soccer, travel teams, and summer camp; runs monthly board meetings)
Vice President (assists president in all duties)
Secretary (takes minutes at board meetings)
Treasurer (manages finances of organization)
APPOINTED COORDINATORS:
Equipment & Uniforms (keeps inventory & orders new equipment as needed, stocks equipment bags for coaches, takes shirts to be laundered at local cleaners)
Concession Stand (purchases items for sale, recruits and oversees volunteers, works in refreshment stand as needed)
Referees (recruits and oversees youth referees, handles payments for games)
Field Coordinator (oversees set-up and break-down of fields for fall & spring rec program)
Publicity (submits press releases to newspaper, schools & social media)
Website Manager : (manages website, and reports)
